The Future of Fun is Almost With Us… Did You Get Your Ticket?

by SteveQ on May 7, 2010

Not unexpected but we learned today that Microsoft will unveil the entire Project Natal project to E3 in Los Angeles in June. The big event, being called the ‘World Premiere’ will occur on Sunday 13th with a press follow-up on Monday 14th. Whilst not exactly a surprise this is good news for those of us who await Natal with bated breath ‘cos it means that MS have got Natal back on track. We were slightly concerned (:-O) after the no show at GDC.

Microsoft claims that the show will be the worlds ‘first look at the future of fun’ so it’s likely that this will be the final iteration and hopefully some completed games.

What I want to know Bill… is ‘where’s my invite to E3?’… maybe it’s lost in the post.

Did you get yours? Let me know

Soon

I think that Natal is a game changer.
I saw it a little bit in their demo (an actual live one)

I wonder what Nintendos plans are…

Yeah I’m pumped about Natal too – and here’s why: Fable III.

I’m going to give Molyneaux a break on his last few games that were good…but missing something…I have a feeling that something is Natal. He needed something to play with and here it is.

I have a feeling that Fable III is going to be apart of this big reveal at E3. I’m hoping the No Show at GDC was more for a buildup than anything else. What better place to have a big reveal than E3?

Hi Will

I agree completely, I think MS are gonna pull something really special out of the bag this time. E3 is the place!

MS need to be creative, and they need to hit the spot this time. Exciting times and lets hope MS deliver.
